50% at the time of booking and balance can be paid 10 Days prior to departure.

The amount can be paid through Cheque/Cash/Online transfer in favour of Sainamam Tours Pvt Ltd.

• More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge
• Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost
• Flight ticket Cancellation charges will be charge as per Airline policy.

Due to natural hazards, all kinds of transportation cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents Sainamam Tours Pvt Ltd not Responsible.

Any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control Sainamam Tours Pvt Ltd not Responsible.

Please Note Due to Bad weather technical problem, flight cancellation date change are flight time change directly or indirectly client has to bearer all the expense.

Passport should be valid 6 months prior to the Arrival.

Child age will be calculated as per Date of Birth in Passport.
